Of all of the things to come out of her visit to Penguin Village, Moire had not anticipated being given a bounty for a certain target.
Originally she had come to do what she does usually and explore the Earth to experience its rich culture, and Penguin Village was next on her little itinerary. From what she had heard from the way strangers spoke about the place, they menionted that it was a place far more rural than the rest of the developed world, and were far more traditional in their beliefs. Intrigued by the premise, Moire immediately sought the people out to see what they were like. As she got to the outskirts, however, the place was on high guard, and security came forth to stop the majin in her tracks. She asked about what was going on, and they warned her about something called Green April and how its coming. At first she presumed that they were talking about how it was going to be April soon, but when they spoke of a massive beast terrorizing the local populace, it certainly change her perspective of the situation.
One of the elders of the village soon came up to Moire, and intrigued by the power she sensed, the old lady asks if Moire could handle Green April herself. The majin didn't quite know what Green April was specifically, but if it's just another animal here on Earth, then perhaps it shouldn't be too difficult for her. As such, she agrees in exchange for a nice, long rest and conversation with the rest of the elders when she returns with the hide of the beast. The elder agrees to Moire's demands, and so the majin was sent away from the village, now on a quest to slay a great green beast. Perhaps Moire should've taken the opportunity to ask them what kind of beast Green April was, but it looked like it was a bit late to ask. The only details she was able to get were that it was green and it had a knack for disappearing and being exceptionally hard to track down.
The majin heads out a few miles away from the village, keeping a close eye out for anything that would remotely look like this fabled Green April. From her search efforts so far, however, it didn't seem like the beast was coming out anytime soon as the only green Moire could see was the trees and bushes that surrounded the area. Moire couldn't even sense any strong and powerful presences in the area, either, and she didn't hear any sudden, loud noises as she listened closely for a roar or stomps of any kind. Sure Moire wasn't exactly an expert tracker or anything along those lines, but she should be able to spot some great big animal, right? How could it be that this creature could evade her so easily?
As Moire was lost in her own thoughts once more, the majin wasn't paying attention to any surrounding sounds, especially the sound of parting branches and bushes, rustling leaves and foliage being trampled. The noises got closer and closer, and it was only when the noise sounded like it was right behind her when Moire finally realizes that something was very wrong about her current predicament. The majin spins around to look at what's behind her, but sees nothing at all. She raises a brow in sheer confusion, wondering if she's starting to slowly lose her mind trying to find this ancient beast that's been terrorizing the populace. Moire slowly turns back around to continue her pondering, at least until she felt a sudden pressure against the sides of her torso and hips.
Something began to dig into Moire's body, the majin realizing that large cavities were beginning to appear across her body as she is suddenly lifted up into the air and is shaken around. Moire grunts with every swing back and forth, completely unsure of what's even happening as she tries to move her arms. They too were pinned by these sudden cavities, and it was at this point where Moire had to think fast about what to do. It was clear that in her position, her body wasn't entirely capable of escaping the problem, and so she has to fall back on her personal specialty: Magic.
The majin's body begins to glow black as a sudden force of black magic and ki pours out of Moire's body. It manages to hit something, and the large cavities disappear as Moire falls back down towards the ground. She catches herself by levitating herself off of the ground before impact, and immediately swings her entire body round before firing off a single blast of purple ki, only for the shot to hit nothing as it passes through the trees. In fact, there still wasn't anything around her, but just because she couldn't see it doesn't mean she didn't hear or feel it, as loud stomps shook the ground, kicking up clouds of dust as something comes right at her. With everything she's gathered, Moire finally realizes just what exactly is happening: This must be Green April, and it must be an invisible beast.
Moire now knows why the village was struggling so much with such a beast, but she has the perfect solution for what to do. As the dust clouds charges right at her, Moire shifts to the treeline to the side, avoiding the incoming charge of the invisible beast as a puff of smoke appears in Moire's palm. The majin conjures up two cans of red paint, and as the invisible beast passes by Moire she tosses the two cans right at her hard to see target. As she predicted, the cans land right against the hide of the beast, splattering part of the beast's head and body with red paint, ruining its stealth capabilities for the time being and revealing the fact that it kind of looked like a big ol' dinosaur.. At that point, it was a mere cakewalk for the majin. Moire points a single finger at the beast and fires off a single shot right in between the eyes. The dinosaur comes to a screeching halt and pauses for mere moments before falling down to its side, now dead.
Moire brushes off a bit of dust as she admires her handiwork as the corpse slowly loses its invisibility and reveals the green hide underneath that seemingly supernatural camouflage. It's a shame she had to kill the beast, but it's all in service for the people of Penguin Village. Not wanting to take the hide of a dinosaur herself, though, the majin reaches down and slowly picks up the massive body. "Wait until they see this," she mutters to herself as a playful smile creeps up on her face, the majin floating up off of the ground with the body of Green April on top, ready to finally head back.
